The
Expat´s Guide to Living in Spain - A report on moving to Spain.
The nation that produced the twentieth centuries best artists; including
Picasso and Miro. The backdrop for the novel The Sun Also Rises by Ernest
Hemingway, the novel about expats that changed our perspective of the world.
Spain is among the quintessential expat destinations. With fine real estate,
excellent food, profound culture, and some of Europe's best islands and
beaches, Spain is an extremely worthy consideration as an expat destination.
This report
by Arin Vahanian, eighty pages in length, provides the details that we
need when considering Spain as a destination. Real Estate, Contacts, Employment,
Legal Considerations, Citizenship, all laid out in a comprehensive easy
to read format. An Expat´s Guide to Living in Spain will save you
money, answer your questions, and prepare you to live in Spain.
Have you ever
thought about relocating to Spain? How about retiring on one of its many
lovely coastal towns? Or maybe just working there and experiencing the
Spanish lifestyle? Then this is the guide for you!
When I tell
people that I've lived in Spain, and enjoyed a quality of life that few
other countries can match, I often
get
a response such as, " you're so lucky!" For most expatriates, living in
Spain seems like an unattainable fantasy, something they can only dream
about but never actually fulfill.
But it need
not be this way. . . because YOU too can relocate to Spain and enjoy a
first-class lifestyle for just a fraction of what it costs elsewhere!
In spite of
what you may have heard, living in Spain is something definitely achievable,
and certainly not impossible, even for a non-EU citizen. Of course, there
are difficulties when one moves to a foreign country. But the procedures
of moving to Spain and living there are not very different from what you
would do to move to any other country. And the reward of living in Spain
is definitely worth the effort.
That´s
why I´ve written " An Expat´s Guide to Living in Spain," with
the hopes of helping others achieve their dream of living in one of the
world´s most wonderful countries.
But why Spain,
you might ask? Isn´t it becoming increasingly more difficult and
expensive to relocate to the European Union? Sure it is, but this eBook
tells you what to do in plain language, to avoid most of the headaches
and hardships associated with making a move to the EU. Most of the advice
I give you is not readily available elsewhere and is the result of my experiences,
as well as the experiences of others who have made the move.

There´s
not a person I know who hasn´t thought about coming to Spain . .
. and the people who have followed my advice and came, don´t ever
want to leave. Think about it, almost everyone is enchanted with Spain,
and for good reason!
|
In
addition to all the reasons listed above, another reason why many expatriates
love Spain is the relatively low cost of real estate. Spain is one of the
only places in Europe where you can still buy beachside properties for
a reasonable price (i.e. less than $100,000). As I write this, I see listings
for apartments on or near the beach in Almeria for around $80,000.
You would easily
pay at least three times more for a similar property in Italy or Southern
France, and at least four times more in Los Angeles or Miami! Not to mention
that Spanish beaches are considered to be amongst the cleanest in Europe.
For example, beaches in the Costa de la Luz area (near the city of Cadiz)
receive the " blue ribbon " award for cleanliness, given only to the most
pristine beaches in the world.
But what exactly
does the eBook offer, you ask? What I´ve done here is compile a comprehensive
guide, which will tell you what you need to do through each step of making
your move to Spain and living there.

And, unavailable
elsewhere - My guide also has a step-by-step guide to purchasing real
estate in Spain, which literally walks you through the process and
helps you avoid the headaches associated with buying a property. You´ll
be able to buy property like a Spaniard, and take advantage of the benefits
that Spanish residents have!
And, as an
added bonus, the eBook comes with a set of visa forms, which you can use
to apply for certain visas (such as the work or retirement visa).
In addition
to all this, at the end of each section, I´ve included some contacts
for you. All of these sources can give you very valuable advice and it
is to your benefit to get in touch with them. These contacts were references
for me, in that I´ve used them to help me write this book. But for
you they can be far more valuable, as they can help you actually achieve
your goals, whether it be purchasing property or applying for a visa.
One of the
most common complaints of expatriates when they move to another country
is that it is difficult to find good and helpful contacts. Well, I´ve
done all of that hard work for you ... I´ve included more than 30
contacts in my eBook, and you have access to their expertise, right at
your fingertips!
You can either
read this guide from beginning to end (which is what I recommend) or you
can read whichever section interests you the most. However, whatever you
do, I hope you will consider coming to Spain and enjoy all that it has
to offer you.
This guide
is for those who are yearning to move to Spain and live there, but aren´t
sure exactly how. My eBook gets right down to business and tells you in
plain language, what you need to do to make your dream come true. If you
have any interest in moving to Spain, then my eBook will provide you with
the details of how to do it, and will give you an absolutely clear idea
of what it entails.
Here´s
what someone recently said about my eBook:
|
" Arin
really knows what he is talking about... I contacted him through this site
before I came to Madrid in January and he proved to be an invaluable source
of information and advice. He definitely helped to make the transition
easy and I highly recommend his book." - M.S., Los Angeles

I´ve helped
many others achieve their dream of living in Spain . . . and now, I´d
like to help you.
So are you
ready to fulfill your dream? I hope so . . . because if you follow
through, you too will be able to live in Spain and become the envy of expatriates
around the world!
Happy reading!
